This piece holds true to the traditional Catholic because the materials used were materials common for Jesus' time. Leather cord is used to symbolize the leather of Jesus' sandals. Wood is used because Jesus was born to His back to wood in the Mander and died with His back to wood on the Cross.

Our In Via Rosary is beautifully handmade with much attention to materials, colors and details. We start with our very popular Sword of the Spirit crucifix and attach it to a real natural leather cord. Then our 'Crown of thorns and three nails' Our Father chain bead is added in-between two hand tied barrel knots. Then an additional 3 white and black wood 8mm Hail Mary beads are added, followed by our 'Lady of the Rose' Our Father chain bead. We then add our Bishop Fulton Sheen pendant as the centerpiece. The front is a portrait of Bishop Sheen and the reverse is a replica of the crucifix Bishop Sheen wore as a bishop. You'll find and additional two Our Father chain beads, one featuring the Holy Spirit Dove and the other an outlined cross.
